It’s a good movie you should watch it again
When I’m in a “make my intended message go completely over the target audience’s head leading to them idolizing the very thing I try to caution against” competition and my opponent is someone who attempts to critique toxic masculinity in media (a concerning number of men will interpret the characters as being based)
Visa building go boom
Funny thing is the book ending is different, the explosives fail and nothing explodes.
My litmus tests for dating men are this movie, 500 Days of Summer (the director doesn’t even pass), and Barbie.
If a man’s favorite movie is fight club, don’t date him he’s probably a sex predator and a republican. But I repeat myself
Edit: This was a comment about dudebros who think Tyler Durden is the good guy
Well, Tyler Durden was a dick and the whole fight club thing reeks of toxic masculinity, but he was against capitalism and avoided civilian casualties, I see him a lot more as an anarchist with mommy issues
